Where is Boujee Gifts & Decor based?

Our office and warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia. At the moment, we do not have a physical store. You can only place orders via our website. What are the roses made of?

Currently, we have soap roses, foil roses, synthetic/foam roses and dried flowers.

Do your soap roses & dried flowers require any care or maintenance?

No, they do not! The soap roses & dried flowers do not need to be watered or looked after in any way. However, please do not leave the roses in direct sunlight to avoid fading.

How long does shipping take?

All of our products are shipped via Australia Post. Our orders are processed within 1 business day and are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The free shipping standard times are as follows:

VIC: 3-5 business days

NSW: 4-7 business days

ACT: 4-7 business days

QLD: 4-7 business days

TAS: 4-7 business days 

NT: 4-7 business days 

WA: 4-7 business days 

SA: 4-7 business days

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is sent out, we will send you your tracking number. All orders are sent via Australia Post. To track your order, please click here.


What happens if I do not receive my order?

Please contact us. Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied. If you do not get your package, we will open an investigation with our shipping carrier as to why you have not received your package, to ensure you will receive it as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 


Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Please be mindful that each rose and flower may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance as specified in each product listing. Product colours may also appear different due to lighting and screen setting difference.

If your order arrives damaged, we will happily replace or refund the damanged product. You can read more on our refund and return policy here.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please notify us as soon as possible. We can only cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. If your order has already been dispatched, then unfortunately we cannot cancel your order.
